First of you have to take System Preference

Then search for Network -> Advanced

There you can find TCP/IP, your router’s IP can be found next to the router.

Also you can access through after clicking the Wifi icon > Open Network Preference

Select the network > Advanced > Under TCP IP you will get the Router IP.
